Our Services Include:

Interior Painting

1. The Setup
   • The work is scheduled at a time convenient for you.
   • Furniture is moved to the center of the room to allow sufficient work space.
   • Furniture is covered and protected.
   • Floor areas are covered with drop cloths.
2. Preparation
   • Walls are scuff sanded as required.
   • Any cracks or holes in the wall are filled.
   • Trim is inspected and any gaps caulked.
   • Washing is done where needed.
   • Masking is performed where required.
3. Painting
   • Repaired or stained areas are primed.
   • Paint is professionally applied.
     • Cut-in of colors carefully done to ensure clean lines on trim and ceilings.
     • Number of coats and coverage per the agreed upon contract.
4. Clean-up
   • Furniture is moved back to its original location.
   • Floors are vacuumed or swept (depending on surface).
   • All refuse is removed.
   • Left-over paint (for future touch-ups) is left with the customer in a labeled, appropriate sized container.
5. Inspection
   • You inspect the work and any touch-ups are noted and completed before the crew leaves.
   • We are not done until you say we are done!

Exterior Painting

1.  The Setup
   • The work is scheduled at a time convenient for you.
   • Outdoor furniture is moved, or covered if needed.
   • Plants or other immovable objects are protected from drips or over-spray.
   • The area is pressure washed to remove dirt and grime. Cleaning agents are utilized in the case of mildew or moss.
   • The area is allowed to dry thoroughly.
2. Preparation
   • Areas are scrapped, sanded, all loose paint is removed.
   • 35 year caulk is applied as required.
   • All bare spots are primed.
   • Areas that are not to be painted or primed are masked off.
3. Painting
   • Paint is applied to ensure proper coverage in the number of coats specified in the contract.
   • Different colors are professionally cut-in to ensure straight clean lines between colors.
4. Clean-up
   • Is performed daily and upon completion of the job.
   • All refuse is removed.
   • Left-over paint (for future touch-ups) is left with the customer in a labeled, appropriate sized container.
5. Inspection
   • You inspect the work and any touch-ups are noted and completed before the crew leaves.
   • We are not done until you say we are done!
